Throughout my career, I have specialized in scaling and optimizing enterprises of all sizes. I have held Executive Operations Leadership roles in a variety of industries, including retail, logistics, technology, and healthcare. By integrating people, processes, and technology, I have successfully led teams and companies worldwide, collaborating with high-growth startups as well as established multinational corporations.
Currently, I serve as the Vice President of Operations for REE Medical, an organization dedicated to understanding how veterans’ disabilities align with the VA Rating Schedule and providing the best medical evidence to support their disability claims. With 20 years of experience in Operations Leadership roles, I also hold an MBA from the University of Redlands and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside.
I am excited about the opportunity to serve on the board of Healing Wave Aquatics. Being part of an organization that makes a difference in veterans' lives and contributes to the well-being and improvement of others is a cause close to my heart. The mission and values of Healing Wave Aquatics align perfectly with my own, and I am eager to support and advance the organization's efforts.
