Alyanna grew up in Seattle, Washington and moved to San Diego in 2021 to enjoy the sun and beaches. She completed her master’s degree in Policy Studies from the University of Washington (Bothell), and her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington (Seattle), majoring in Political Science and with minors in Human Rights and Law, Societies, and Justice. Alyanna prioritizes health and well-being for individuals and communities, and is passionate about evaluating how the strength of communities, social ties, and policy at all levels can impact health, happiness, and quality of life. In her free time, Alyanna enjoys boxing, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
